 In our Singapore HQ, Customer
Support Activities is the heart of our operations. Customer Service, Sale
& Marketing / Business Development, Finance, Administration,
Logistics, Technical & Quality with warehousing facility are housed
in a four storey building with a total floor area of 1,365 square meter.
We gear ourselves towards high standard of sales support, quality and
engineering services to provide our valued customer with timely and
efficient coordinations.
Though our two manufacturing plants are in Batam Indonesia & Suzhou
China; Quality and Technical matters could be handled effectively from
Singapore as several supporting staffs in this area of responsibility are
stationed here within the Singapore HQ. Warehouse facility in Singapore
is maintained for customers that require Just-in-time delivery or other
modes of inventory control arrangement.

Team-Metal Indonesia
The ferry ride is less than an hour from Singapore HarbourFront terminal
to Batam Waterfront terminal. It is a comfortable ride in the modern
air-conditioned ferry. From the terminal to our facility is another
10 minutes by car.
PT Team-Metal boasts a fully integrated operation housed in 6000m2
of factory space which covers procurement, turning, machining, secondary
operations, electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and electroplating
capabilities. By continuing effort in Value-Analysis, our vertically
intergrated operation has actually provides customer with
"One-Stop" solution for their requirements

(Suzhou) Co.,Ltd – China
Team-Metal Suzhou is our newly set up plant in early 2005. It is
part of Team-metal strategic objective in supporting our valued customers
Currently, the factory is able to provide precision turned &
machining parts and electro-mechanical assemblies. We are still expanding
this location to include more value add processes.
China plant will continue to expand to provide customer with
Total solutions in coming months….
